Nestled on one full acre of wooded, private, land. 104 ft of pristine, sandy beach on the north shore of Big Platte Lake. If it's relaxation you want, you'll find it here in a variety of settings. We're located 4 miles from Lake Michigan, 30 minutes from Traverse City, and 40 yards from 104 feet of private, clear, pristine, beach.

Kids love it up here, the activities are endless. Plenty of stomping grounds, a shallow, safe beach, far from any main roadways, wildlife trails, and loads of fresh air that will act as a sleeping pill come sundown.

Guest House

Spring 2009 Renovation Plans

Guest house renovation plans are complete. We've completely gutted the inside structure and removed the stove and sink which gained us about 40 additional square feet of living space. We replaced the sub-floor and will add indoor/outdoor carpeting by this spring 09. We also added insulation and paneling. This building will have a much more appealing and clean feel for the kids with more space and can now be easily heated in winter months. Our next phase of improvements will include completely re-building the front porch of this building in 2010.



	*We added two new bunk bed sets with full size bottom mattresses and twin size top mattresses. We also made additional room on the porch for a rainy day.*

The crystal clear beach is a wonderful place to hang out during the day and in the evening by the campfire. The beach stays quite shallow well past the end of the dock which is extremely safe for younger children.
